Competitions
Sandy Piano Festival
This festival takes place in the fall and has two separate competitions:
The Young Artists Competition- Students play one piece- any genre or style
The Progressive Artists Competition- Students play two classical pieces from different
stylistic periods.
Students are placed in age divisions.
First place winners play in an honors awards recital.
Salt Lake Piano Competition
This Competition takes place in May. Students enter divisions based on their age, level and the style of their piece.
