Federation
Piano and voice students will have the opportunity to participate in the National Federation of Music Clubs Solo Festival in the Spring. Federation is an excellent opportunity for students to learn and perform challenging music and be evaluated by other teachers. They will receive points for their performances which will add up over the years and make them eligible for awards. There is a fee associated with this that will need to be paid in December or January. Intermediate to advanced piano students may also have the opportunity to participate in the NFMC concerto festival in the fall. The fee for that festival will be due in October. Participation in Federation is highly encouraged, but not mandatory.
